How many times have you gone to a meeting that was a complete waste of time?  There was no direction, no clarity on what the meeting was about, and no clear outcome or product after the meeting was over.  

Well, to help you have more effective meetings, I offer you the 5 P’s: 1) Purpose, 2) Product, 3) Participants, 4) Probable Issues, and 5) Process.

Remember these 5 P’s and share them with your colleagues.  You’ll be amazed at how much more effective your meetings are.
